Friendly staff at check-in. The time to check in was really quick. There is a large under ground car park so there is no problem getting parking if you have a car. The price for parking was reasonable. The city centre is easily accessible by bus. The location right beside Herbert park was the highlight for us. It is a really nice park to stroll around on a summers day with a market on weekends. Good pubs and restaurants are only a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

The location overlooking Herbert Park is fantastic. Close to the city but very quiet at night time. Andre who checked us in was particularly helpful and friendly. Loved the new residences which we will book again if we are staying longer as they have a little kitchen area in the room. Our room was spacious and cleaned/prepped to a high standard.
Maybe change the UHT capsules of milk to a jug of fresh milk in the fridge. That's all!

The hotel is located in a gorgeous neighbourhood. It is very clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing in all areas.
It’s a bit far from the city centre but that has its benefits too.
