Beds and pillows were so comfy, after a long day it was a welcomed sleep. At least 4 mini soaps so could use one in the shower. Perfect location. Minutes from bus stop for the trip to national history museum l.
3 towels, no bathmat or hand towel though. For a 3 bedroom it's weird there's only 2 sockets in the room. Tea making facilities and confirmation at check in but no milk so not quite a full tea making facility.

This is a no frills hotel which is excellent value for one of the best locations in London, there are occasionally very minor problems which when drawn to the attention of staff are attended to in a timely manner. In the luxury overpriced Mercure Hotel next door residents are constantly complaining about bed bug infestation and the odd bed bug has made its way east to the Lilly where entry is denied and it is obliged to return from whence it came! Bed bugs like Head or Body lice do not discriminate and are invariably imported in guests luggage’s! Don’t blame the hotel for your negligence in ensuring that your luggage is bug free on arrival.
