It's in a quiet location which I liked. It's not exactly in the city center but still very accessible with public transport. Earls Court Underground, and West Brompton overground is just around the corner. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in the area. The ambience the reception area is great, quite modern. The rooms are clean and there's air-conditioning which is a must during the warmer days of the year.

Location was great
No iron, no phone to contact reception, shower gel ran out but was not replaced even though house keeping came in the room every day.
