Ottima posizione. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono. Hanno eliminato la moquette ed è una scelta vincente. Bagno grande. Letto e cuscini molto comodi, anche se il piumone era davvero caldo in relazione alla temperatura esterna. Finestre in camera che si possono aprire e consentire un ricambio di area. Molti locali a due passi dalla struttura e metro a pochissima distanza. Camera e bagno pulite e ben fornite del necessario. Ottima la colazione.
Stanno facendo dei lavori di ristrutturazione e quindi i disagi sono giustificati. Solito problema della mancanza del bidet e in bagno non c’era la ventola di areazione, pur essendo un bagno cieco. Nota negativa: in camera c’era per terra un cotton fioc sporco e quindi una maggiore attenzione sarebbe auspicabile.

The breakfast was amazing! Wish I had a bigger appetite... Newly refurbished rooms were really 'cute'.
Downstairs main rooms were a bit uninviting - lack of windows, etc, very bright lights and decor a bit garish.

The staff were friendly, the bed very comfy and the food was lovely however the booking platform was not clear in terms of what facilities you could expect in the room, I only booked with this hotel as it indicated a bath would be in the room which I wanted as I was going to London to do the London Marathon, although we were allowed to check in 2 hrs early when I went into the room there was no bath just a shower, when I asked about changing to a room with a bath I was advised that would be at an extra cost.
We had already had to pay an extra £48 for breakfast.
To me it wasn’t good value for money the room was basic nothing special, there was no phone or option for room service.

Trwa remont w części budynku więc od rana było słychać prace remontowe. Nie zawsze działała winda i trzeba było schodzić schodami przeciwpożarowymi.
W pokoju było chłodno i nie można było ustawić na wyższą temperaturę- brak grzejników.
Brak górnego oświetlenia w pokoju, brak oświetlenia w łazience nad lustrem.
Jedzenie na stołówce niskiej jakości.
Zameldowanie jest o godzinie 15:00- byliśmy chwilę po 14 to obsługa chciała 20£ za możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania.
Pościel nie jest wymieniana codziennie.

The sofa bed was more like a chair bed, it was ok for a small adult, a slightly thicker mattress would’ve been better. Fine for 1 night though.

Very clean and modern, bed very comfy and with the building being quite tall with no other tall buildings in the vicinity the view from my room was very good and allowed for very nice natural lighting.
Only stayed for one night so didn't make full use of the facilities. There wasn't a hook to hang up my coat but there were hangers and a rack.

Breakfast was really good , and the location of the Hotel was good communicated just 4 or 5 min far from the station West Brompton and Piccadilly line .

The room was great and unfortunately the beds were not adequate and we were upgraded but beds were not adequate because we wanted a twin bed and we got a put me up bed and a massive king bed which would have been lovely but I was sharing a room with my mum so not going to share a bed and so I had the big bed as I weigh over 20 stone and knew the fold up bed wouldn't hold me and mum slept on the fold up bed but she has a spinal problem and struggled getting in and out of it and laying in it.

The hotel did not have air conditioning as I thought it would based on the filters I use in booking when looking for a room. AS part of a deceitful practice I was told upon arrival that because of noise due to refurbishments it was not possible to use the rooms from 9 to 5pm. The concealed that information from all passengers. The staff did not know how to manage the situation.

We had a free upgrade on arrival to a new furbished room. Lovely and clean everything we wanted very comfortable bed.

Mooie moderne kamer, volledig vernieuwd. Geen tapijt maar mooi parket, ruime badkamer, grote tv. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug. Beste hotel wat ik tot nu toe in Londen al heb gehad. En de andere waren dan ook nog duurder. Metro station vlak bij.

The place is old and going under renovation . The electricity went off twice within our 5 day stay there. The key card stopped working too. but the maintenance person came quickly to help resolve. Oh and no toothbrush or toiletries. Only soap

Ottimo albergo Ibis per noi è una conferma. Posizione buona con fermata Metrò a 100 mt dall' albergo. Colazione all' inglese molto completa. La manager molto sensibile e particolarmente operativa è intervenuta sul un disservizio di carattere logistico provvedendo a cambiare camera con un' altra di categoria superiore. El hotel está situado a solo 4 minutos de la estación de metro más cercana y tiene una parada de autobús justo en la puerta. La habitación muy moderna, mucho mejor de lo que nos esperábamos, y sin la típica moqueta de los hoteles de allí. La cama muy cómoda y por la noche no se oía ningún ruido.
Una habitación muy buena, acorde al precio que pagamos.
No había wifi disponible gratis y en recepción tampoco te informaban por sí mismos de qué hacer o ver en la ciudad.
Aunque es verdad que siempre que les preguntabas algo te atendían muy bien y todos eran muy amables.

Colazione buona e variegata. Camera rinnovata (senza moquette) e spaziosa, anche il bagno abbastanza spazioso. Viene fornito anche un phon abbastanza potente.La struttura è a due passi dalla metro e all’interno c’è un pub che serve piatti buoni. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli gratuitamente il giorno del check out.
Camera fredda, il riscaldamento non funzionava bene. Leggendo le recensioni passate il problema persisteva già da qualche mese. Le finestre anche non aiutavano, essendo poco isolanti. Comunque hanno risolto il problema subito, portandoci un termosifone elettrico. Nella struttura ci sono quattro ascensori e ne funzionano solo due, quindi a volte si aspetta parecchio. Non forniscono gli adattatori per la presa ma nella stanza c’è la presa usb e nella hall un distributore in cui si possono acquistare gli adattatori.

Fantastic location, able to access almost all tube lines with Fulham Broadway, Earl’s Court and West Brompton stations all around 10 mins walk. Friendly staff.
Interior dated but clean- was not made aware on ongoing construction within the hotel which was quite noisy during the day, not a major issue as we weren’t back there much during the day but would’ve been good to know before.

Shower was not working. Directions to Staircase were not displayed properly. We had to wait 5 min every time for the lift to get to downstairs or to our room.

De locatie tov het centrum van Londen is super, de afstand naar de metro is heel fijn, lekker dichtbij.
Vriendelijk personeel, ontbijt uitgebreid en goed geregeld. Een goede start voor een volle dag in Londen!
Tijdens de 1e nacht werden we wakker van een getik van iets wat maar niet stopte. We sliepen op de 11e etage. Mooi uitzicht trouwens!
We zijn midden in de nacht naar de receptie gegaan en kregen zonder probleem een nieuwe kamer. Wel een meer gedateerde kamer maar hij was wel iets groter zelfs. Helaas wel wat schimmel op de kitranden van het bad. Dat behoeft wel wat meer schoonmaak werk. Maar we waren allang blij dat we door konden slapen en chapeau dat we zonder problemen of inspectie een nieuwe kamer kregen.
Het hotel is bezig met renovatie, dus er zijn nieuwe gedeelten en oude gedeelten. Geen last gehad van de renovatie. Het gaat vast prachtig worden.

The location was great. It was a short walk to the district line train and the neighborhood itself was also nice. The on-sight pub was also good. We had a view of Chelsea’s stadium from our room, which was kind of cool.
We stayed on one of the floors that has not yet been renovated. It was cramped and not comfortable. The cleaning service for the room was also not great - the made the bed but that seemed to be it. They didn’t empty the trash, even. The pillows were very hard. I’d imagine the renovated floors would be more comfortable…
