The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the staff are great! The hotel is near two subway stations: West Brompton and Earl’s Court. And there are bus stops 1-2 minutes away on foot. There’s a restaurant inside the hotel for late-night cravings and a really good cafe for breakfast fix.

check in staff are always rude and abrupt on every visit. Helpdesk extremely unpleasant when we needed a doctor.Young lady behind main desk checked computer, found hospital and a taxi. Front desk must do better. ( problem solved at hospital - hotel should have help information,to hand.)
