The hotel has one of the best pools in Djerba. Easy access to the beach. The rooms are large and comfy with beautiful views.
Not a lot to do in the neighborhood. You'll need a car for pretty much everything.

The setting of the hotel is amazing, and the facilities (Pool, beach, Restaurants, bars, lobbies, etc) are all well laid out. It caters for many tastes and preferences, and it offers an overall great experience. The room service was very good, especially after tipping the attendant.
There are a few annoying things, such as the fact that they run out of towels on the pool during the day. The pool attendances were very kind, and brought us some once they were available, but the hotel should always have enough towels available. The maintenance of the place needs a lot more attention. One of the lifts on our sector was broken the whole time, sliding doors didn't work, our room balcony door was damaged and wasn't sure if it was safe. The pool needed better cleaning. Many of these things I would expect to take place in the winter time or out of hours, to avoid disturbing the guests. Some of the disrepair is just annoying...easy to be fixed really.

The interior is deluxe. The front desk is polite to serve customers. The room is calm with an ocean view, and everything is available. The bath and toilet are separated. There are also events such as cocktail parties.
The facility is somewhat old. There are few shops around the hotel where you can shop within walking distance.

The infrastructures are still pretty, the room was nice even if the bath was dirty. Bed very comfortable, the food at the beach restaurant was good. The person cleaning our room was very nice. Karaoke night was fun.
The gardens inside are not well kept, the fountains are not running, fire at the beach restaurant not lit in the evening, the middle of the beach have a large part closed due to big rocks. Staff were not welcoming for a 5* the customer services is really poor. We had to wait a long time for towels at the pool and the staff wasn’t helpful. To find a space at the pool was a struggle even if there was space but it was actually for people who come just for the day, so when you pay for a 5* it’s frustrating. Also sea view room is a lie, you barely see the sea. One of the elevator was broken and smelled horrible. We had to wait 30min more for our room when we arrived at 11:00, I understand the check in is at 15:00 but they didn’t offer any drink for the wait and we had to wait till 15:30. Even at the 3* hotel we received drinks as a welcome gesture. The staff seamed unhappy and fed up, it was a weird atmosphere, not at all what I expected for the end of my holiday, it was suppose to be special but it was disappointing.
