We had the best time in TUI. Food was varied everyday. Staff was AMAZING, so helpful with everything.
The only detail that is not 5 stars is the wifi but, to be honest, this is something that personally doesn’t bother me

The private beach was pretty and so was the hotel. Loved the different food options for lunch and dinner. Staff are very attentive and friendly.
The indoor swimming pool area needs some maintenance.

The hotel was nice for the proce we paid and our room was big and comfortable.
We really enjoyed all of the activities that the property had to offer.
The buffet food for the most part was good and we enjoyed our meals there overall.
The staff overall were very attentive and kind in both the checkin areas and the resturants.
The facilities felt a bit dated and while the activities were fun they felt very repetetive and it would have been nice to see a larger variety.
Going there in the winter time the outdoor pools were not heated and therefore the only usable pool was the smaller indoor one.

The beach was amazing! One of the best beaches I’ve been to
As much as we liked the hotel itself, unfortunately the experience we had with the reception team significantly affected our overall stay.
We encountered a serious issue with our room, as the air conditioning was not working — something we certainly did not expect from a five-star hotel, especially considering the amount we paid for our stay. Naturally, we went to reception to raise the issue and were already frustrated by the situation.
What was far more disappointing, however, was the way our complaint was handled. The gentleman leading the reception team that afternoon was extremely unprofessional. Instead of trying to calm the situation, listen to our concerns, or offer a solution, he raised his voice at my husband and even told him to go and sit somewhere because he was upset. I honestly could not believe the way we were being spoken to as hotel guests simply for expressing our frustration about a legitimate issue with our room.
We did not expect special treatment — we simply expected basic professionalism, respect and proper customer service, particularly from a five-star property. A guest being upset about a room without functioning AC does not justify a member of staff shouting at them or speaking to them in such a dismissive manner.
It is genuinely a shame because we liked the hotel itself, and our stay could have been a very positive one. Unfortunately, the attitude and lack of professionalism at reception turned what should have been a lovely experience into a very disappointing one.
For the price and the standard this hotel claims to offer, the level of service we received at reception was simply unacceptable.
