Staff - was exceptional (very accommodating)
Buffet - was very good nice selection
Pools - a little cold for me
Spa - amazing should have reserved a package deal that included a service each day
Not much we went to relax and it's what we did - lots of areas you could be away from all the people if you don't want to be to social.
Love yoga but didn't participate in the morning practices didn't like the location where the yoga was been done, to close to the dining room and people walking should be by the beach more zen.

Our stay was excellent. The resort is beautiful, perfectly located, very clean, and very well equipped overall. All facilities are well maintained and contribute to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. All staff members—whether in the restaurant, bar, entertainment team, or housekeeping—were extremely friendly, attentive, and many of them had a wonderful sense of humor. The food was also excellent and offered plenty of variety.
Since we were arriving very early in the morning, I had booked the rooms starting from the previous day to ensure they would be available upon our arrival. To avoid being marked as a no-show, I contacted the hotel in advance and asked them to acknowledge and confirm this arrangement. Unfortunately, despite trying for weeks through multiple communication channels, it was impossible to get a response. Messages went unanswered, and nobody could be reached by phone. In the end, I had to change the arrival date and, exactly what I had hoped to avoid happened: we spent many hours waiting for our rooms.
We had booked two rooms with a pool view, but instead received one room overlooking mostly the restaurant roof and another with more of a courtyard/backyard view.

Mostly clean, big
The « calm pool » has a huge AC above making a lot of noise.
The hammam and sauna, that are for extra money, are NOT clean at all.
We had a cat with an open throat wandering around next to lunch table for food. None of the staff carred.
