Super Hôtel 3*, mais 3* plus plus, le personnel de l'accueil est à la pointe, vous n'attendez pas votre chambre, on vous porte les bagages, les repas sont très bien, un énorme buffet avec également des spécialités Européennes, les serveurs sont très attentifs et ont toujours ce petit plus que vous appréciez, les infrastructures sont très bien, et très bien entretenues, beaucoup de personnel pour vous satisfaire, belles animations le matin à la piscine et le soir en spectacle ou soirées dansantes, plage sécurisée, la ville de Houmet Souk et son Souk est à voir.
L'établissement n'est pas responsable, mais la population locale n'est vraiment pas soucieuse de la pollution, en dehors du secteur de l'hôtel bien entretenu, le reste est jonché de bouteilles de plastiques et c'est le petit moins de ce voyage.

• We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Al Jazira. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and comfortable. We were greeted with a welcome drink in the lobby, which was a very nice touch.
• The hotel is clean, well maintained, and the rooms are spotless. Housekeeping does an excellent job keeping everything in perfect condition.
• The food was absolutely delicious, with a varied menu every day. There was always something new to try, and the quality was consistently excellent.
• The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
• The animation team, especially the young women working with the children, did an outstanding job. Their enthusiasm and dedication made our stay much more enjoyable and kept the children entertained every day.
• We would particularly like to thank the reception staff, especially Gouta and Sonia, who were always available, attentive, and ready to assist us with any request or question. Their kindness and professionalism made a real difference to our holiday experience.
Overall, we had very few complaints. The only negative aspect of our stay was our experience with the beach attendant responsible for the sunbeds. On one occasion, we reserved sunbeds early in the morning and left our towels there, as we were traveling with two young children and needed a shaded spot under an umbrella. When we returned later, our towels had been removed without any explanation.
Unfortunately, the attendant was not approachable and it was difficult to have a constructive conversation about the issue. This was disappointing and did not reflect the otherwise friendly atmosphere of the hotel.

La camera era nuova,spaziosa,ben arredata e pulita con vista fronte mare.molto silenziosa e confortevole.ottima la posizione e il facile accesso alla spiaggia.spiaggia bella e ottimo servizio con ombrelloni e lettini e la possibilità di prendere bevande.doccia per risciacquo comoda all’uscita dalla spiaggia.personale cordiale e simpatico in tutta la struttura.
Il cibo.c’è davvero molto molto da migliorare.
