Nice 2 bed apartment with comfy beds

Location, comfortable beds.

Hot water was non existent. We could not have showers even though we followed the instructions for the hot water system. Left at 8.00 & reception was not open

Was handy location for the concert we were going too but wouldn’t stay again

Location and quiet

No towels had to ask. No spare pillow. No soap in bathroom. Asked for service everyday they didn’t make the bed 1st day or top soap up. Had to ask for towels first day and extra pillow. Serviced room second day made the bed but someone was drinking milk in our room and left it there. Told receptionist and she said was the cleaner and laughed. Stained bedding and towels. Broken window and lights in bathroom.

The motel served it's purpose in providing somewhere to sleep after a long day travelling.

The motel was convenient for the station, which is why we chose it. The room was clean and comfortable but basic.

The location was not particularly pleasant - busy roads, no interesting shops or cafes nearby.

Great location, NOT a great motel

Great location for attending an event at Wolfbrook Arena.

The room was NOT clean! Cobwebs in kitchen, thick layer of dust on light shade above the bed, mould on net curtains across the sliding door, mould and dirt on shower curtain. This is not a 4-star facility. Payment was taken from our card the day BEFORE we arrived with no notification and they would not refund this and allow us to pay with a different card on arrival and they still have not responded to messages sent via booking.com

Nice and central

Location is great, comfortable beds. Good TV.

The shower needs some work, the base will break soon. Carpark is very tight with small spaces

The location and free shuttle to the railway station was verymuch appreciated.

Passable

Shower was terrible, wouldn't work but then found the switch behind the door that we didn't know we needed to turn on, rung reception to ony get answer phone and never got a reply. Had to ask for more blankets for the bed.

Good basic accomodation. Quiet and clean.

It was in a great handy location.

It is quite old, and the linen was synthetic, but it was very clean.

Disappointed

Beds were comfy

Bathroom smelt very mouldy and we found vigara on bedroom floor we did voice our disappointment to no avail. Could have been dangerous if young person ate these pills

Great place to stay before the Alpine Express

Handy to the railway station. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating including a free lift to catch our train in the morning. Comfortable, budget accommodation.

the receptionist helped me find alternative accommodation

my booking was never actioned by them - so there was no room when I arrived

Very warm welcome on arrival, comfy bed and handy free transfer to the station

it was handy for the railway station. free transfer to the station included. Excellent welcome by manager Gina. Comfy bed

comfortable stay with just mins walk to places for food. we were thankful that there was complimentary shuttle service to the train station as well.

Location to the train and city

The shower wasn’t up to standard very hard to adjust the temperature.In fact it’s the worst shower we have ever had.

Disappointing.

Location to train station. Assistant helpful with driving us to the train. Bed comfortable.

Very run down inside and out. Needs major overhaul. Shower hopeless, only warm with minimal pressure. Neighbourhood run down. Advertised breakfast not available.
