Convenient location, close to some nice cafes and not far from the CBD. The rooms were presentable and parking was undercover. Split system worked well to keep the room warm.
Nothing major, but some of the minor things added up. There were no lamps or decoration of any kind in the room - it felt very sparse and quite dated. The amenities were all very cheap and minimal, and the bed wasn't very comfortable. Some small, inexpensive considered touches would make this place much better - it felt like the owner/s were very motivated to keep costs to a minimum.
