Room was large, clean & beds were comfy but it was missing a chair for a third person in our room booked for 3. Communication was pretty good but took a while for them to respond to messages on Booking.com faster to ring directly
How noisy it was but that was cos our room was near road & footpath. A fence might help block out some of the noise

Location was excellent - hotel itself was all we needed - Very basic but location was the key for us.
Electric plugs for electric blankets - could not find power points - electric blankets should have been plugged in ready to turn on - we could only find a 4 point plug and nothing the blankets could reach.
