Location,price of room
In the morning I went to make breakfast to find sink, kitchen benches and floor had ANTS everywhere even on the rubber of fridge.The place seemed clean, tidy. Lucky we hadn’t left food on bench

Room was clean and tidy, has had a refresh of painted walls and couch cover to make it look better, it is comfortable and suits our needs.
we stayed for two nights and thought we would have someone come and refresh our room on the second day, but no one did, we ended u having a lot of rubbish (as only a small bin in the unit) that we had put extra rubbish in another bag next to bin, also had to buy sugar for tea and extra toilet paper as we had run out only 1 toilet roll and few sugar sachets supplied

It was really cold, no extra blankets and only an oil heater for heating, draft coming in the bedroom window as one of the latches was broken.

With a brain injury, I didn't need to have the ceiling lights on but just use the lamp next to the bed.
