we’re advised on arrival that we were transferred to another motel due to a maintenance issue. Surely we could have been advised before arrival.

Overall, good value for money, but room for improvement.

Friendly staff, well set up room with plenty of amenities inside.

Windows that didn't close due to missing latch at road side of room, had to change bedroom saturday night due to road noise. Soap dispensers in shower were empty on arrival, was other single soap packets to cover though.

Didn't actually end up stay there as there was a problem with the room but they set up a new place for us to stay which was just around the corner. The only thing was the communication wasn't great as we got to the motel and hadn't been notified that the change had occurred. And was a little concerned as everything was locked and there wasn't really a number on the doorof the office to call.

Convinient, comfortable, great service, no issue!

unfortunately due to people who checked out before we checked in had damaged the bathroom so we weren’t able to stay her specifically. however, we were swiftly offered another place at same costs and it was superb. great customer service and lovely rooms

Two weary travellers

Room was spotless we were relocated to sister motel due to onsite issue, communication was excellent, staff were so polite and helpful nothing too much trouble

The warm welcome from the staff was greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the excellent service. The host at the motel I had booked upgraded me to a room at the Bush Inn Motel due to unforseen circumstances at their motel. The welcome was warm and welcoming.

It was uncomfortable to have the smoking area located directly outside the room I was booked into.

Excellent and very friendly receptionist.

Review has been done of 298 Westside Riccarton. BushInn transferred us their sister motel at no extra charge with an upgrade to a larger room due to the fact that previous occupants had flooded our unit the night before. This was well communicated to us.

We had a lovely long weekend stay. Management ensured we had everything we needed

We were transferred there from the Bush Inn Motel as they are sister motels. The parking (with a car and a car trailer) was exceptional, the room became a unit with two bedrooms, perfect for a mum and her adult son, which were very clean and comfy and had the usual living, kitchen areas.

The sofa wasn't comfortable for me, nor the armchair, but that is extremely minor as they were in great condition and clean.

Very reasonably priced and we got a bonus continental breakfast thrown in.

Spacious, comfortable unit for family of four adults. The beds and bedding were great, and the pillows were luxurious.

Worked well for us as Upper Riccarton area central to everything we wanted to do

Location excellent. Hostess excellent. Unit clean & tidy. Kitchen facility worked ok for us. Parking available.

Shower not great- just a trickle of water and extremely difficult to manage hot/cold flow. Nice new carpet in main area pulling away from wall and creating a trip up possibility in the walk through area. Sky TV didn’t work.
