Really friendly and helpful staff. Super clean, good bed, slept well.
Only one thing I can think of - drafty window caused by worn out seal. We just cranked up the heat pump, so were plenty warm enough.

Room is clean and the beds are comfortable.
Couch is a bit old and not comfortable. Overall needs a bit of TLC e.g. no lock on the bathroom door, no hooks in the bathroom to hang up your clothes, window hinges need some attention.
