Central location, easy storage for my bike.
TV could’ve been bigger and could’ve offered connection options with smartphone. WiFi was shaky and disconnecting frequently.

Firstly, the staffs were helpful and welcoming, clean bedroom,bathroom and towels the atmosphere was very relaxing. Great and excellent hotel .

This is a city centre hotel in Udine, it is perfectly located with parking. We opted for no breakfast and there are plenty of cafes nearby. We did have breakfast one morning as we had a long day of traveling ahead. The breakfast was shocking and to be charged 12 each was even worse!! The staff were pleasant for the most part, the gentleman in reception was very nice, some staff didn't even acknowledge us when we came in. The bar could be a lot more comfortable. The room was good, there was plenty of room and the bathroom was also good. The ac in the room was excellent 👌as it was 38 deg outside.

On arrival there were no tea or coffee making facilities. No bottled welcome water which I have ALWAYS had in any other hotel and which I refuse to purchase from the fridge. The block of plugs for the dressing table was not working therefore the fridge was not working during our stay. On needing to iron or steam clothes for the wedding we were attending that had been in a suitcase and on a flight I had to wait over an hour in the laundry room for someone to attend to broken steamer ( another problem with the plug!)
I had booked with breakfast included but on arrival told it was not included. We therefore ate breakfast out the following morning and bought our food for breakast for the following morning. However, having been left overnight in a fridge that was not working we could not use it and given the only option, owing to time restraints, was to use the Hotel's breakfast room which turned out to be very disappointing, especially considering that having paid a TOP end price for a hotel room, the breakfast offered was distinctly inferior.
