Excellent location in a beautiful city. About 25 mins walk from the train and bus stations. Room has a kitchenette (actually had oil and vinegar which never happens) and grocery stores close by so you can cook if you want. Clean, comfortable bed, superior shower. Woman working in reception helped me sort out a tricky transportation issue.

Instructions for parking and check in very clear. Stylish. Fantastic location.
Staff only available 9-1 and 2-6. Checked in after 6 and no AC and no way to ask. Brand new, but redone on the cheap so some things broke (eg toilet flusher fell off wall).
