Excellent housekeeping. Food in onsite restaurant was very good
Position in Aquiléia was super convenient for the archeological sites. Aquiléia is an amazing place with few tourists. Don’t miss the fabulous Archeological Museum. Bus service from Udine and Grado is excellent and bus stop very near the hotel.

Excellent location, with a carpark. Everything can be reached on foot. And in the evening you can easily go in the Grado city on the laguna and find a parking space. Rooms are well equiped, but not very large. Nice authentic real life Italian atmosphere at the bar.
Overall a nice place, not luxury but authentic
Breakfast is average, with a lot of sweet carbohydrates and not much proteins besides hard boiled eggs. A clear area of improvement.
Many cars on the street, but the double glazed windows do a good job.

The hotel is comfortable and the staff very welcoming and friendly. The hotel restaurant is superb with excellent seafood dishes and a nice house wine.

Great location, fabulous restaurant, lovely staff, easy and free parking.
Despite having booked, then emailed specifically to double-check for two single beds, we were given a room with a double bed. It was resolved, but took extra effort and moving rooms etc.
