One of the most incredible places ever, for an amazing value for money. The resort is huge, and very steep with stairs and lifts. Incredible nature being next to the river. I was debating to book a river villa, but ended up making the better decision with a pool villa, as there is rafting boats that can be loud on the river, and the view from above was magical. The villa is bigger than you expect. I'd like to highlight Ms Lia who helped me as I felt unwell health-wise, she went above and beyond to support me. Thank you again, best employee a hospitality establishment can have. Highly recommend the cooking class!
The in-room minibar, tea selection, and soap quality could be better.

An amazing property that surpassed all my expectations and was the perfect end to our trip in Bali. The setting is breathtaking. Widi (front office manager) made our stay particularly memorable with his dedication, warmth, professionalism and sincerity of service. Ms. Dewi was also incredibly helpful and went out of her way to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Their dedication to creating a special experience reflects the highest standards of Balinese hospitality. A beautiful resort can provide stunning views and luxurious accommodations, but it is the people who create unforgettable memories, and Widi and Dewi did exactly that. We are incredibly grateful for their outstanding service. We hope to return again soon 🩷

It is literally a Royal stay, the hotel is massive ! with so many things to do. we spent 2 days only to fully discover the hotel. recommend the Royal pool villa since it is located on the higher ground with a jungle view.

Pre staying with them I endured several days of uncertainty where their customer service team would not reply to messages but read them ( I was trying to pay them !!!). Only after complaining and ringing did I get a response... which took 24hrs .. this was frustrating and very stressful. They refused to cancel and advised they would charge me a fee (but apparently couldn't take my payment!?) when I suggested this as I pointed out it wasn't great service and didn't inspire confidence.
Whilst at the hotel .. room was stunning .. clean but not as 'polished' as you would expect from the price.. the grounds are beautiful, spa is good and majority of staff friendly and on the ball but the off little niggles like requesting something at breakfast and this not provided. There are also lots of stairs depending on where your allocated room is , this isn't advertised but the stairs are steep and getting to breakfast alone was a workout. So any mobility issues I would not recommend. The WiFi wasn't great and at times extremely intermittent to the point it became maddening. Water temperature was variable in terms of bathing.
I tried to book a taxi to the airport (due to a widespread fuel issue) was advised this was 'sorted' 2 days before I was due to depart and then discovered it wasn't and was promised calls back to confirm and never got them. Then rang the afternoon before, again was told someone would get back to me .. they didn't .. attended the front desk to outline my entire experience and the taxi issue was met with indifference followed by excuses (including blaming me, the phone not working etc etc) and an eventual half hearted apology when I refused to accept their ridiculous excuses.
