Perfect stay, everything is top notch. Very clean, super nice stuff, amazing gardens, nice restaurant, very nice pool with warm jacuzzi. The shuttle to the center of Ubud is provided free of charge, also minibar is free. All in all, paradise in Ubud.

Our experience was absolutely incredible. The level of service was unlike anything we have ever experienced before — every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the staff were incredibly attentive and warm. The breakfast was amazing and incredibly generous, with so many options, and they even personalized it to our tastes. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with an incredible bathroom and plenty of space. Our room was cleaned three times a day, which made the experience even more special. The hotel is also the perfect combination of modern architecture and Balinese culture, creating a beautiful and unique atmosphere. We truly loved every moment of our stay and could not recommend this place enough!

From the very first moment we arrived, every single person made us feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and at home. What impressed us the most was the level of personalized service. Everyone was always interested in knowing what we were planning to do the next day, what we wanted to see, what we enjoyed, and how they could help us make the most of our time in Bali. It never felt like a standard hotel service, but rather like a genuine interest in us and in making our experience better. We especially loved all the little details that made us feel more connected to Bali. For example, when I bought my hat, you noticed it and took the time to explain the meaning and story behind it. The same happened with the food: you were always attentive to our preferences, recommending dishes based on what we liked, telling us when something had won an award, or suggesting something different because you knew it might suit our taste. Something I personally appreciated so much was everyone’s patience and enthusiasm in helping me learn how to communicate in Balinese. You were always interested in teaching me new words and helping me pronounce them correctly. At the same time, it was so lovely to see your curiosity about learning Spanish from us as well. Those little exchanges made our experience feel much more personal and meaningful. We especially want to thank Bayu, Edwin, Gita, Nofia, and Gin, as well as the entire team who took care of us throughout our stay. Each of you, in your own way, made us feel truly welcomed and looked after. We are leaving Bali with incredible memories of the places we visited, but also with so much appreciation for the wonderful people we met here.
