The staff were just wonderful and so caring/attentive. The service was excellent. The rooms are very large and private. Kadek was a wonderful guide giving his time to show us around the hotels private art collection. The property is beautiful, quiet and relaxing but nice and close to Ubud to pop out to explore or have dinner. Would love to go back.

A very friendly and spacious hotel with all staff takes time to talk
A special mention to Ayu who was very welcoming at our breakfast and dinners she was always smiling and made sure our meals and services were 100 percent perfect.
Not much retail including restaurants and massage spas on roadway outside hotel
But hotel had a shuttle 4 times a day which was very good and only 15 minutes drive on a good day

The choice of breakfast each morning was absolut amazing. Also every staff memeber‘s professional and kind and happy to assist anytime. The rooms were spacious. I booked a tour with Purna, from a two hour walk I could decided spontaneously to go on a tour. Thanks to Purna for showing me around Ubud.
