The location on the lake, the room size, the staff were absolutely amazing the restaurant and the food and the cleaness of the rooms and facilities the bath was delicious
No book in the room to know what was on the menu or around us, the room furniture could do with a upgrade. Lights/lamps weren't working

Beautiful aspect and love how the lakeside king rooms have a bathroom with opening shutters and views of the lake. Soft comfy bed. Tasty buffet breakfast with lots of choices.
In need of maintenance - ie broken window shutters and blind. Needs painting in places. Fridge noisy. No microwave. Breakfast coffee and plates cold.

It was quiet, and staff were accomodating when things didn’t work they fixed everything straight away. Didn’t stay long enough, would love to stay here again and massive thanks to staff reception lady for being nice to us and giving us freebies and extras

View, room space, washroom.
Even though it was such a nice hotel, they didn't provide a toothbrush. Overall, though, the view, room, and bathroom were good.")
