this was a lovely place to stay. Room was comfortable, great scenery, the restaurant was lovely with another great view over the water. The food was beautiful with plenty of choice.
I thought we booked a room that was overlooking the water but when we arrived this wasn't the case. this was our only negative.

We stayed 3 nights and ran out of body wash upstairs bathroom by 2nd night.

Location and staff. Wifi was ok and views were beautiful. I think it is under utilised. More facilities can easily be added to attract broader range of travellers.
Once booking done I called and asked the staff if the property is mobility friendly and how many stairs to go level 1... I was given wrong information. If your property is not mobility friendly it should be clearly mentioned. Cleaning is not provided and all the cleaning equi[ment including vacuum cleaner was in a cupboard behind the couch which was very heavy to move. Had to request assistance to move the couch. Appliances are very old and too noisy. Only restaurant on site is for few hours only and not all days. Biggest disappointment was the spa... it is so small and not the same as shown on the website. I was being told water in the pool is heated but it was so cold. Overall I won't stay there again. Only bonus was location.
