My sister and I were quite traumatised by the accomodation we were booked in to so we left not long after checking in and Hayley at the front desk was so so lovely and helped sort us out. We were so grateful we could be accommodated at such sort notice and the room was fabulous. We ended up with a lake view and all our troubles were laughed off! I would highly recommend.

Ceoliac disease friendly. Being new to the ceoliac way of doing things, we were very surprised when we mentioned to reception that we are ceoliac family. They were very accommodating.

Nice view of the water.
Nice buffet breakfast in the morning.
Very hard to find the entrance for the car park and then access to the hotel lobby. Signs were either missing or very hard to see as I had to seek help. The receptionist on arrival was very cool and needs to hone her confidence with customer service skills. Eye contact was non existant. The reception area was dark and it looked as though she had trouble working the computer screen. Not a good look at all. There was no improvement on exit at the other end.
