Property was great value for what we paid! They let us check out late. Room was comfortable and clean!! Stayed at many places in Rotorua and would return to here again!!

I like the the layout of the room having the private bedroom upstairs and the bunks down stairs. Bathroom was in a good position and quite tidy.
What could be improved on or mentioned very clearly in the description there was no tv, extra blankets, a small fridge even. There was a small pile of screw savings it looked like near the lamp on the ground.
