The room had plenty of space, and everything you would need. Lots of space around the entrance and spa area.
The bike storage was very useful, and the outdoor pool was great for the kids. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back.
We had the end room in one of the hotel blocks, and the noise from the commercial gas califonts attached the outside wall was a little annoying, as they obviously went on and off a lot throughout the day and night. You did get use to it.

Location was great, pool facility is awesome. Staff go above and beyond. Room was spacious and beds were very comfortable.

The location was our main reason for staying here--it is literally right next to the major tourist activities in Rotorua! We stayed in the Ripple House with our 4 children and had plenty of space. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to cook basic meals, too! All the staff was really friendly, and the heated pool was a fun activity on a slower day for us.
The upstairs was a little chilly the first night, because the heating unit wasn't turned on and it's just in the main area outside all the bedrooms.
