There wasn’t a breakfast supplied. Still awaiting Council approval. Would have nice to find out before booking.
Just a few minor issues. TV wouldn’t switch on then wouldn’t switch off. Handbasin plug was faulty and didn’t hold water. Fridge was set to super cold so overnight everything froze. Shower rose kept moving and needs attention. We adapted in the end and didn’t ruin our stay.

The location is perfect, as it’s close to malls, eateries, several activities like Skyline luge and Canopy tours and attractions like Mitai Maori village. The room was very clean, the bedrooms were not too big but good enough. The beds were comfortable. When we checked in, we were given a small carton of milk and that lasted us for the 2 days we stayed there.
By mistake, the deposit was held twice, but the person at the reception reversed one of them straightaway, although it takes 5 to 6 days for the amount to be actually credited back. We shall wait for the refund of both.
No negatives really
