The location is perfect for shopping in the mall, lovely bar on level 1 and very nice food.
The rooms are clean but very tired, need an upgrade, bathroom is large but again old.

Excellent location on the Mall, but you will need to walk a little bit if you catch a ride-share.
Room was nice and large -- old style but comfortable. Nice bathroom - real old marble in great condition.

The best thing was the location to shops and main city sights
Rooms were old and needing more facilities. No USC or usb plugs, empty fridge, old hallways needing painting, restaurant was shut to us because of function. No Orange juice cause of function, well over one hour to get our breakfast even though we were first there. And only two other table after us. Forgot the eggs on on of the breakfasts. Forgot the hash brown on another. Breaky doesn’t open til 9am sharp.
Office closed on sundays. A man broke in and caused a disturbance in bar area , stealing staff stuff. Bar closed at 9pm even though it said 10.30. The beds were comfy and the heater noisy.

"Reception was welcoming, smelt amazing and the bed was very comfortable. For a heritage building the redo is tasteful. Lovely stay"
