The room was small but really nice and the view to the slipway was beautiful. The breakfast was great, great food with good service.
With the room being small the bed was close to a wall - but the room and view itself made up for the size.

Good location and friendly staff
Bedroom tiny. Shower room absolutely tiny. I don’t think it is reasonable to be asked to pay extra for a flat white coffee with the “included” breakfast.
