The staff were amazing. Very welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable.
Only hiccup I had was trying to adjust the water temperature on the shower and I think that came down to user error.

Very welcoming. the lady was absolutely lovely, showed us around and offered directions and help. Very clean room..
I couldn't get the private spa to heat up. The bed was very uncomfortable and the downstairs shower was either very hot or freeing cold. I could not get a comfortable heat.
