Great service,Clean love to have had a spa which we definitely use…Location were great too get everywhere we needed…I recommend it even so it a budget it awesome cause you only need a bed & shower cause you’re out all day….

It was the cheapest option available in Rotorua, so you get what you pay for. It might be okay for a short stay or for guys-only trips.
The owner was a very nice and friendly person, which I really appreciated.
If you want it shorter, softer, or more direct, tell me the tone and I’ll adjust it.
Recently stayed at this motel for two nights. But, a one-night stay would have been more suitable, as my family was uncomfortable using the shower due to the bathroom not being in good condition (Pic attached). It is definitely not an ideal place for a family stay.
The motel is located close to a thermal area, and the strong sulphur smell inside the property was quite noticeable and not very pleasant.
