The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. Also liked the selection of Chainui teas.
The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful too.
Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance and unavailable for our stay.

Was clean and tidy, Handy location. Comfy beds.
We arrived Friday. Tv was not working. I had asked Saturday what was going on. A electrician was supposed to fix it. After being at league Sunday. Turned the tv on was still not working. I probably would have booked somewhere else if I knew there was no tv as I have young children. Also asked for fresh towels and a rubbish empty. Was not done so had to go to reception to sort again.

Own bathroom and got an upgrade to double queen room

Central location was good.
If you want to sleep in sauna this is the place, the boiler was on constantly on and we ended up sleeping above the blankets and still were very sweaty.
