Die Lage. Ein absolute Traumstrand und keine Hektik. Alles ist super organisiert und man kann einfach Urlaub machen. Preise für essen und Getränke sind sehr fair. Das hatten wir auf unserer Thailandreise schon anders.
Spa und eine Restaurant hatte geschlossen obwohl das Hotel wohl ausgebucht waren. Das war schade.

The actually room was ok although dark. It was cool and clean. The onward transfer to Phuket was very efficient and the best organised transfer we’d had all holiday. We were very impressed.
Approaching the property via the stairs was not kept clean and had lots of deposits left by birds so couldn’t hold the hand rail. We were there for only two nights and it was frustrating that we couldn’t eat in the Thai restaurant as we had to book one day in advance. We were not given this information when we checked in. The food in the main restaurant was mediocre.

After spending a few days in Patong, and needing to get away from the hustle of Phuket, the location of the resort provided a peaceful respite in a beautiful part of Phi Phi. The water is turquoise and clear, with a good sized reef for snorkelling (or beginner diving) across the resort. What's also nice is that the beach stretches out across several resorts and local restaurants so guests have plenty of choice. You can also catch a scenic motorbike "taxi" to the nearby village which is super cute, very friendly and lots of cool bars as well as a grocer and a handful of souvenir shops. There are longboats right at the front that you can bargain with for a trip to Tonsai pier or to any of the surrounding bays for magical sightseeing. We booked tours through the hotel and these were also reasonably priced. A big shoutout to Guitar who welcomed and cared for us on the island, and Flip who was our Intro to Diving guide, for making our stay really memorable. The staff were never too busy, always willing to help and although the place was fully booked during our stay, it really didn't feel that way at all. We also tested out the Spa and the Thai massage did not disappoint...you will leave feeling like a noodle. Our room was very spacious, freshly renovated in a modern minimalist in style, with a balcony that overlooked the water. Whilst a discerning design-eye may spot a minor paint mismatch or slightly mislevelled blind, none of it matters when the bed is super comfortable, the pillows are perfect, housekeeping and room service reliable, and the shower pressure strong! We were two best friends travelling and the resort was perfect for our need for peace but also for adventure, but we cannot wait to bring our kids and family here. It really is a beautiful place either to do very very little (lazing on the hammocks across from the Monkey bar) or a lot.

Instalações das zonas sociais muito degradadas , ginásio e principais restaurantes precisavam de uma remodelação. As cadeiras de praia são poucas e de muito má qualidade , éramos 5 e no máximo conseguíamos 2/3 cadeiras.

La plage devant l'hotel est très belle, idéale pour snorkling
Connaissant l'hotel pour y être venu je crois au moins une dizaine de fois, Car pour moi c'était le paradis, j'ai été très déçu de l'accueil j'aurai espéré un petit geste commercial de leur part (corbeille de fruit, sur classement, une fleur..) et ne pas être traiter comme un client comme un autre.
L'hôtel de propose plus aucune activité, pas de buffet a theme, pâques n'a pas été fêter alors que j'avais connue une soirée Happy Ester dans ce meme établissement fabuleuse.
Les bungalows n ont pas été rénovés et vieillissent très mal, la literie pas top, les jardins ne sont plus entretenus comme
avant, l hotel n'est plus a la hauteur, et n'a plus de charme.
Les désirs des clients ne sont plus pris en compte (ex avons demander si possible avoir de la mangue au ptit dej ont nous a dit que cela n'était pas possible)
Le plus terrible je crois c'est que l'hotel reçoit entre 10h30 et 15H des tours operator qui arrivent avec leur bateaux 5 ou six avec a bord entre 10 et 25 personnes pour squatter la plage de l hotel et manger au buffet que l'hotel leur prépare .

We have travelled in many places in Thailand and the globe. This was perhaps the most desirable place you could be at. The combination of a private amazing beach, friendly people, excellent local cuisine ranging from the hotel to shacks and friendly staff is simply unmatched.

・海がきれい（シュノーケリングOK、ライフジャケットはフリー)
・深い（1.9ｍ）プールは気持ちいい。
・海でエンジンを使うアトラクションが無くて静かでよい。
・部屋が古いのはしょうがないが、壊れている＆調子が悪い箇所が多すぎる（サッシ、冷蔵庫…。5日間冷蔵庫は最後まで修理に来なかった）排水が悪く、常に下水臭。
・部屋の改修を順次進めている。改修後の部屋は快適でしょう（古ーい部屋も同額とは…）
・食事のレベルは低い（周りの一般食堂が美味しく安い）
・正月価格￥90.000/1部屋1泊朝食付2名ビーチフロント→50%offが妥当でしょう。
・帰りラサダ港までのロングテールボートをホテルに手配済（1200B)ホテル前にいる野良ボートに声を掛け乗車。ラサダ裏側着＆干潮で膝上水位を100ｍ歩きました（自分でボートに声を掛ければ800Ｂ以下だったね）
・事前アナウンスが無く、戸惑うことが多いホテルでした。
・色々なビーチリゾートに行ってますが、今回はひどかった。ロケーションとプールに救われました。
・期待はそこそこで金額にを気にしなければ最高のリゾートでしょう。

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön und abseits der Touristenmassen. An der Ostseite befindet sich ein traumhafter Sandstrand. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und qualitativ gut.
Das Highlight war der über das Hotel gebuchte halbtägige Bootsauflug mit unserem Guide Sunny. Er war super herzlich und sehr bemüht uns ein unvergessliches Erlebnis zu bereiten.
- Die Gartenanlage ist ungepflegt und es liegt Müll herum, den keiner wegräumt.
- Es gibt nicht annähernd ausreichende Liegen am Strand (nur ca. 15-20 Stück). Auflagen oder Schirme werden nicht bereitgestellt.
- Die Sitzmöglichkeiten in den Bars und Cafés sind lieblos gestaltet und das Personal schlecht geschult. Man bekommt dort ein eher beklemmendes Gefühl, weshalb wir oft auswärts gegessen haben.
- Die Prozesse im Allgemeinen sind verbesserungsfähig. Es wirkt alles sehr unkoordiniert.
- Gartenbungalow würden wir aufgrund der veralteten Sanitäranlagen nicht mehr buchen.

Il resort occupa una porzione di spiaggia meravigliosa con un mare stupendo lontano una mezz’ora di long tail dal Tonsai pier e del caos della movida di Phi Phi
La colazione è buona anche se migliorabile e per quanto riguarda pranzo/cena esiste la possibilità di mangiare sia all’interno del resort che presso alcuni piccoli “ristorantini” fronte mare indubbiamente caratteristici.
Nel complesso un’ottima esperienza
Sicuramente la struttura è un po’ datata in particolare i bagni.
La ristrutturazione dei bungalows va un po’ a rilento anche a causa del Covid che ha creato non pochi problemi però anche con questi limiti il resort rimane nel complesso valido e meritevole di soggiorno

Sehr schöne Lage, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstücksbuffet - ideal, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Uns hat es super gut gefallen.
Am Silvesterabend haben wir einen Gutschein für das hauseigene Restaurant gewonnen. Bei der Schlussabrechnung konnten wir diesen jedoch nicht einlösen für ein vorgängiges Essen. Das fand ich schon sehr kleinlich und schade.

The resort is literally a paradise. The staff is amazing,they are really friendly and helpful. Especially Don is a great guy helped us about everything.The beach is fantastic. There only very few people around so you feel like it is your private beach. The rooms are clean and housekeeping is very nice. We stayed in sunset section of the resort. The view at sunset time is soo beautiful. All pools are very cool and nicely maintained. Breakfast is nice
Even though i am a very critical person i cant find many things about what i didnt like :). At a very specific time of the day(early evening) , the mosquitos invade the resort. You need a repellent or to stay inside. There are oldschool ACs in the rooms. That might make the room’s air quality a bit poor.

L'emplacement, la chambre globalement sauf le coffre fort non accroché, le personnel en général.
Arrivée très dangereuse sur des rochers glissants à côté de structures métalliques rouillées.
Le matériel de sécurité de hotel en très très mauvais état ( first aid kit inutilisable, défibrillateur inexistant dans la boîte à cet effet, extincteur rouillé...
Maintenance générale très mauvaise. Les photos ci dessous concernent notre arrivée et l'intérieur du resort....

Die Lage des Resorts ist ein Traum. Der Strand ist ein Paradies. Am Strand sind einige Restaurants und Möglichkeiten Kleinigkeiten einzukaufen. Die Anlage ist teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt 3 pools. Die Infinity Pools sind sehr schön. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war super. Es gibt zweimal die Woche Yoga in traumhafter Kulisse. Die Stunde mit Sunny war echt toll und ist sehr zu empfehlen.
-Unser Bungalow ist in die Jahre gekommen, va das Bad.
-Aktuell Baustelle innerhalb der Anlage
-Moskitoalarm: Ist natürlich individuell. Meinen Freund haben sie in Ruhe gelassen. Mein Sohn und ich wurden selbst mit Spray attackiert.

Great range of facilities, and great location for a quiet holiday.
We got the sunset private pool room. The photos in the advertisement for the rooms (specifically the photo of the pool with the view of the water and sunset) did not resemble our room (room 706). This was disappointing.

Beach was great. Service was great. When asked or requested anything it was sorted efficiently.
Food options for dinner were very limited/poor for the time of year we were there. Bars also were shut when it rained and didn't re open at times. Didn't overly enjoy the breakfast selection either but probably down to personal taste. Room was a little dated and could do with a revamp. Had an oceanside room with pool.

Love the property. Indeed is a great deal value for money in terms of location and the accomodation overall. The hotel staff are fantastic, the services room is impecable.
I saw a cat walking around in and out to the kitchen sometimes, that was not good.

I loved everything about this resort. Had an excellent experience.
Recommended to book beach front banglow.thats just awesome.
Other rooms and each and every area of this hotel is just mind-blowing. It's called picture perfect.
But yes this area is not in mainland. So if you want a quiet space please go there.
