Was a fantastic location! Parking was just around the corner underground. Great restaurants along the canal and awesome staff. We wish we had another day or two. Definitely would stay again.

Great location, very comfortable facilities, spacious rooms, separate shower room from the toilet which is always a plus. Very friendly and helpful staff, speedy check in and check out. Good selection of co time fal breakfast and full English.

The family privilege suite was amazing with a great outlook. The hotel is well located to explore Amiens. Breakfast was good too.
There was an issue with the hot water supply the evening that we stayed - we were compensated for this and it was fixed during our stay.

Location was excellen. Staff helpful and friendly. Room clean and fitted with necessary facilities
Airconditioning was jammed on "fast speed" which was very loud but also ineffective. Because we went out for dinner we only discovered the problem too late to get it fixed. Although the location of the hotel was excellent with a view of the Cathedral our room was above a very noisy street, Without aircon we had to open the window and the noise continued most of the night. The hotel should check the aircon in each room everyday especially in this hot weather, Interestingly, the shower/hair gel in the bathroom had run out and we had to call down for it to be filled. This kind of thing should also be checked each day/between guests.
