Location was perfect. Staff were lovely and helpful.
Bathroom wasn’t very clean, and toilet didn’t flush well.

Really great reception staff. Awesome breakfast. Perfect location 12 minutes from the Cathedral so we were able to see the 10pm lightshow and still be in bed by 11🙌

Staff were very helpful, room very good, breakfast very good, underground car park good and location.
There was a four stair step up from reception to lifts. There was a disabled lift for wheelchairs however it could do with a ramp for people who are older and struggle with cases.

Good location, walking distance to the city centre. Liked that it had a pool table even thought we didn’t have time to play.
Toilet smelled of sewage, pillow was way too thick, couldn’t sleep as my neck was hurting, the floor is quite horrible in the rooms, giving them school room feeling, not cosy
