La situation géographique, à 20 mn de Annecy. Prix avantageux, chambre correcte, matelas ok, plusieurs oreillers à disposition, climatisation très appréciable, stores électriques, petit déjeuner buffet avec jus, jambon, fruits, pain baguette, croissant, piscine très appréciable. Restaurant pratique et bon.
Le bac de douche plat avec seulement une demi vitre fait qu'on gicle dans la pièce, inondation si on arrête pas le jet afin que l'eau s'écoule. Les douches et lavabos n'ont pas été nettoyés le temps des 4 nuits passées à l'hôtel. Sol sale à l'arrivée, on avait les pieds sales, on a dû tirer le lit car quelque chose est tombé dessous, très sale... Est ce parfois nettoyé à fond ? les linges n'ont été changés que à la 3ème nuit, même le linge de sortie de douche qui était sale. Pour le wifi, il ne faut pas oublier de se reconnecter à chaque retour à l'hôtel !!!
