location is great. Big and roomy place to accommodate our large group. Plenty of plates and cutlery for everyone to use.
the water pressure in the upstairs part was non-existant. If the downstairs showers or laundry were being used, showers upstairs could not be used. There was literally no water coming out of the shower taps. Not a trickle. Nothing. This was horrible for a large group of 9 (5 kids) who needed to shower, wash clothes in the evening.

Clean and warm. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the mid week clean which was unexpected
It needs a bit of maintenance. The bathroom shower mixer tap was stiff and difficult to get the correct temperature. The extractor fan needs cleaning. The dining chairs sink and one back was broken.

No hot water and a fault fail the kept tripping the power out. It was remedied by a change of unit by the staff though.
