The location is right in the heart of the cafe and shopping area. Steps from the ferry and the famous Salita Serbelloni, a steep, postcard-perfect cobblestone stairway lined with charming historic buildings, flowers, boutiques, and cafes.
Chaira welcomed us warmly and assisted us to our rooms. Everyone is welcoming and gracious. Judy, the manager of the breakfast room is wonderful! The breakfast has so many great choices with locally handmade pastries, apple cake, etc. lots of protein options as well - don’t miss this view of the lake! The room had everything we need including comfy spa robes and slippers. Plush towels and amenities. We used the spa facilities and relaxed during a late afternoon before preparing for dinner.
I loved everything about this hotel and can’t wait to return!

Great location, and spa included in our stay! The staff was also so very helpful!
Unfortunately we were unable to try the restaurant because it was always busy. Perhaps give priority to hotel guests.
