The breakfast was amazing, the staff was more than kind & accommodating in terms of transportation or any further requests/questions we had. We really enjoyed our day lounging poolside (on their awesome sun beds) sipping on some wine with pool side snacks! The following day we were able to have an amazing 2 person 30 minute massage with an hour in the sauna and jet pool. We highly recommend this hotel in each and every aspect. Overall, stunning views, great location (in terms of being minutes walking to city center), just an astounding hotel inside and out. Me & my family will 100% be returning for another stay ASAP!! :)

The property is clean and quiet. I love the small garden where we had breakfast under olives trees with the mountain view, so beautiful!!
As it is a bouquet hotel, dinner is unexpectedly delicious . Steak is nice and tender. Breakfast is quite ordinary but the garden setting is nice.
There was a small pool but didn’t use it, should be good for a hot day.
It is about 15 minutes walk uphill (without luggage)from the ferry pier. If you carry heavy luggage, better organise a taxi.
It will be nice if the hotel can offer some cold water to customers while waiting to check in , especially on a hot day after climbing uphill, but perhaps it’s the Italian way to charge money even on drinking water.
Staff are doing their job but not too warm and welcoming. But I am thankful for them to let us leave luggage there after checking out to explore Bellagio, that’s a great help.

Close proximity to main Bellagio features, but still in a quiet scenic area. Lovely family operating the hotel made us feel very comfortable and welcoming.
All was very good.
