Loved the location. Room had a small terrace with views of the lake. The restaurant was wonderful and had a quartet playing music.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the best location in Bellagio, close to the ferries and restaurants.
There was no air con in the room which made it too hot in summer. It was also very noisy outside as the hotel is also a popular restaurant and surrounded by other restaurants

The view, very central, characterful, large room
No safe, no air-con working, because we were late booking 3 flights of stairs but that gave us the view. Very thin wall to next room, very noisy.

The location is the best thing about this hotel. Great lake view right in the thick of the action.
It isn’t really a hotel- it’s a restaurant with rooms above it. No reception except the restaurant desk inside, the wifi was intermittent, the power went out in the rooms one night and a staff member tried to sort it, there is no assistance as the only people around are restaurant staff. Not a place for suitcases as no lift and steep stairs, and you have to enter through the restaurant which is quite busy!
