Location, view from breakfast room. Surroundings, walkable to Bellagio.
Property didn't answer the phone on rainy night for pick up from Bellagio, had to walk back to hotel.

We liked our room it was cozy and the balcony was adorable. The front desk staff was VERY helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to make sure we have all the information we needed for our stay.
When we had breakfast the gentleman server wasn't very attentive and I noticed him standing at the bar counter eating & enjoying his coffee and we hadn't even been offered a coffee. Both mornings he wasn't the greatest.

Excellent service and facility. Breathtaking view from room patio! Delicious breakfast! Shuttle service is very responsive with reasonable price!

The staff was extremely nice. The breakfast was good, especially the view from the dining room.
The room we were assigned was hot when we arrived. We were told the previous guests had turned it off for some reason and it would be cool later in the day. When we returned after dinner, the room was still hot. Luckily they had another room they could move us to. The air-conditioner was not great but it was better. By running the air and opening the window, the room was cool enough. Unfortunately, the new room was smaller and didn't have a balcony. (We paid for the balcony.)
