Since visiting last year, the rooms have had a revamp and look amazing. Even though there was work going on during our stay, you could hardly hear them. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. The hotel is only a metro ride away from all the main attractions, which are very easy to use. The luggage storage at the end of the start is helpful, especially when you have a later flight. Loved the pastries at breakfast.
I cannot think of anything I did not like about my stay.

The room was newly refurbished, extremely clean and very comfortable, and as an added bonus it had an impressive view from the 5th floor over the Paris skyline. The staff was very kind and helpful (thank you). We will certainly consider this hotel for our future trips.
The french window near the bed could not be opened due to a design fault, but I really hope it’s temporary, it was the only minus to an otherwise perfect room.

Greta location, clean, very welcoming and friendly staff
The wifi internet was really really bad.
There were some construction going on and drilling started around 8am on Friday morning. It was too loud and unnecessary to be honest, this kind of job could be postponed till 10/11. It is a hotel after all, where people tend to sleep/relax
