Location to train station
Clean modern close to moulin rouge
and montamare and easy to reach every place by train system
Clean room everyday
They offer afternoon tea etc but we were always out and about
Great little restaurant across road for tapa plates and drinks
Bath didn’t seal with plug so used a towel to hold it down and block

We especially like the staff. Upon arrival we were treated very well By Aurora and Martin. We arrived early they checked us in and took care of our luggage. The Afternoon cup of tea and the evening glass of wine and cheese was a great opportunity to meet fellow travellers.

Super friendly staff, quiet and great location and afternoon tea time & snack time made it extra special. Also welcome messages on the card and mirror
The only issue I had is on my last night, the towel was not clean. Not the smell bad or anything but there are black marks on the towel. Also the room was a bit small than I expected.

The hotel its self offered everything you needed.
We were expecting a suite with one twin bed and one queen bed as advertised on booking.com. We received a room with one twin bed and one sofa bed. Thankfully the staff was understanding and could arrange an alternative.
