I like the property because staff are nice and closer to the train station.
Too small, I don’t like room the bed facing toilet( opening the toilet your face is facing it) and it’s noisy.

Excellent receptionist on our arrival after an unexpected flight divertion, resulting in an overnight bus transfer and late arrival, by 10 hours

I had to keep asking for top ups to the milk, tea and sugar in our room. A minor inconvenience.

I enjoyed that the staff took great care of me. This includes all the reception staff, housekeeping, and kitchen (even though I did not take advantage of their breakfast). The room was wonderful as it had a nice view out the balcony. Ear plugs were even provided to sleep soundly each evening since property is right next to train station.
The only complaint (which really does not constitute as one) would be the property was renovating their lobby area which forced all patrons to enter/leave through a side door, which was very tight quarters. But again, it was not that big of a deal to me.

location is very central to everything, and not in a touristy way. its around numerous subway stops, walkable to bigger touristy locations
my room was ground level, and the first room upon entering, a lot of people noise and I was solo, so there were safety concerns. male front desk staff weren't the nicest. they kept inquiring whether I was solo or not, and it made me feel a little concerned. at the 'honesty' machine, I was told I had to pay right then and there and to go and get the items myself.
