Staff was great - helpful and friendly! I feel bad for interrupting one of the staff’s lunch when she showed us to our room, but she insisted and didn’t rush. We had a very good size room for our family of five, and it was cleaned everyday. Breakfast and lunch was great too (didn’t eat dinner there).

Overall it's a decent 3 star hotel. Location is supposed to be excellent, but we were staying in Paris during the strike, and if I could make changes, I may choose hotel that's very close to city center. Having said that, the hotel staff have been very helpful, especially Guillaume.

No elevators. Besides that it was more than 5star hotel especially the people who work there. There are just so kind and we really would like to come back for our next visit to Paris.
