Good parking, good breakfast. About 15 minutes walk to centre of Orléans.
Lack of a kettle in the bedroom.

Large room for a family. Historic looking building but very clean and modern inside.Nice to have toilet separate from the bathroom. Big shower. Only a 20 min walk into the historic centre. WiFi worked well. We didn't have the breakfast but loved the free sweet station at the reception! Big free car park.

Staff super friendly, extremely clean, breakfast although €16 / person was excellent! Lots of choice high quality food, and scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon too so full cooked as well!

Cost for pets to stay too high, €20/animal depending on size , we have 2 cocker spaniels and we were charged €15 each so €30 on top of the bill just for the g o stay is a huge price when ACE hotels charge €6…

They were flexible when I just wanted coffee for breakfast but my wife wanted a full breakfast.

Fabulous location, easy to walk to town centre. Warm welcome on arrival with lots of tips for attractions and restaurants. Big car park and no rush to check out early. Will definitely return.

A very comfortable Hotel with excellent off road parking. The breakfast was excellent and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would use again and highly recommend.

The hotel is in a good location a pleasant walk along the river to the mediaeval city centre with its good selection of restaurants. It has parking too!
The breakfast doesn't command €14 though. Although there was a good selection of items, the quality didn't warrant the price. The charcuterie was just ham and salami and there was only 1 type of cheese, that was bland. We have had better breakfasts elsewhere for 9€!

very large carpark on site so didn’t need to worry about finding a place, clean and pleasant room with a river view. staff friendly and accommodating as required a kettle to make tea and it was brought up super fast.

Secure parking in the backyard of the hotel; very friendly staff; close to Orleans center (nice 10 min walk along the river). Room facing the backyard was very quiet and clean. Overall a good option for an overnight stay on long journeys.

They didn't have our booking on their system - said it was booking.com's error, but luckily had a room for us. Had it been the weekend he'd have been out of luck!
