The location is good. Very good mattress. Very helpful and polite staff.
The hotel is old and it seems it hasn’t been renovated for a while. Breakfast is of basic to poor quality, and there is a cue in order to enter in the morning. Not very clean neither. In addition, there is no lounge area to hang out, other than just 2-3 couches and a few armchairs. In general, it’s a hotel that because it’s old and accommodates so many tourists every day, it can offer very limited quality.

Location is close to the Eifel tower and other landmarks. The hotel looks pleasant. The staff in the hotel was polite and helpful and responded quick to questions. The room was quiet, there is sound insulation from the outside but not from the inside of the hotel. My partner is a light sleeper and noise from the busy outside didn't bother her sleep.
Soundproofing between rooms is lacking. You can hear people entering and leaving adjacent rooms like it's your room. The soap dispenser was empty, our clean towels had stains (cosmetics I hope?). The room looks "tired" with high wear and tear signs and could be cleaned better - stains on the ceiling, spider webs in corners, a bug dangling from the ceiling, doors that take some effort closing etc. A more thorough cleaning will greatly improve the experience and not drag so much attention to the age of the building.

Morgenmaden var ikke dårlig, men levede heller ikke op til resten af hotellets standard.

Según el anuncio indican que el lugar es para cuatro personas, pero realmente es sólo para dos, ya que la segunda cama que es un sofá cama, es completamente incómodo y con el colchón desgastado, por lo cual terminas con dolor de espalda, además las fotografías no corresponden exactamente con lo que te encuentras al llegar, Las fotografías son únicamente de un departamento modelo, pero no es exactamente lo que te encuentras cuánto llegas, pero lo más grave fue que para hacer el checking me pidieron que suba fotografías de mis documentos personales a Internet, lo cual es muy poco común y altamente peligroso por las estafas que se dan a través de Internet, además me indicaron que si no completaba el formulario en línea simplemente no me daban las llaves del departamento, yo les pedí que entonces realicen una cancelación y me devuelvan el dinero y me dijeron que tampoco podían devolverme ya que la penalización es del 100%, hablé con Soporte directo de Booking y la respuesta de la empresa de hospedaje fue que la policía de Valencia solicitaba registro de viajeros, indagué al respecto y la policía de Valencia nunca te pide fotografías de documentos personales, finalmente tuve que llenar el formulario, si bien es cierto no subí fotografías de mis documentos, si me pidieron una extensa información mía y de mi familia, no solamente datos personales sino inclusive medio de transporte en el cual iba a llegar, lugar al que iba a ir después de mi hospedaje y hasta los números de vuelo, hay que tener mucho cuidado ya que con toda esta información entregada vía Internet se puede prestar para muchas cosas.

The room given layout is strange. The sofa bed is not comfortable and small.The marketing say that there are views of the Effiel Tower in the room, but we did see any. A little bit disappointed.

Overall it was good. The room was big and the breakfast was good as well.
The cold water tap was broken and despite raising it with the hotel staff at the reception, it wasn't fixed. As the cold water tap was broken, the shower water was boiling hot. There was another hand shower though but the water pressure was way too low which made it very difficult for us to have a proper shower. Paying so much money for the stay and not getting basic required service did upset us.

QUARTO: Espaço excelente. Viajei com esposa + filho de 4 anos + filha de 11 meses. Tínhamos visão do Rio Sena no 16º andar.
CAMA: Um pouco mais molenga do que minhas costas gostam, mas não há o que reclamar. Dividi o espaço com os amores da minha vida :)
BANHEIRO: Havia uma ótima banheira e um espaço decente para banho com chuveiro. A criançada fez festa.
CAFÉ DA MANHÃ: Espaço confortável, bonito e boas opções. O serviço também foi muito rápido e prestativo quando precisamos. O povo esgota a Nutella rapidinho, então corra se quiser! ahahaha
LOCALIZAÇÃO: Praticamente uma caminhada de 1000m até a Tour Eiffel. Espetacular. Pelo custo-benefício, não há maneira melhor de se hospedar em Paris.
Tivemos uma experiência um pouco desgastante e curiosa ao mesmo tempo. Como temos DOIS BEBÊS, não nos importamos em ficar hospedados em um quarto menor (para DUAS PESSOAS), que foi o caso.
No entanto, ao saberem que o casal aqui tinha dois filhos, não queriam permitir nossa estadia. Após tratar com CINCO (5) pessoas das mais diversas hierarquias dentro da organização do Hotel, uma gerente (que infelizmente não tenho nome para citar) resolveu prontamente.
A impressão que tive é que os funcionários queriam levar "a letra da lei" enquanto a gerente em questão compreendeu que não fazíamos exigência extra alguma e que o quarto seria ocupado por DOIS ADULTOS, mas por dois bebês também... enfim, uma situação inusitada, desgastante (queriam nos cobrar EUR730 a mais)... mas por fim, pela compreensão de uma mulher, podemos desfrutar de excelente experiência no Novotel Eiffel.

The hotel is modern and up to date. Close to the Eiffel Tower and the metro. It has views of the river Seine. Also, very close the shopping mall.
The hotel was conveniently located to the Eiffel Tower and the Little Statue of Liberty, but nothing else. The Hop On / Hop Off bus didn't even stop there.
Be sure to get a larger room with a sofa bed even if you do not use it. Otherwise, the rooms are tight, especially if you have multiple suitcases. I booked a larger room for my parents and wished I had done the same for myself.

The proximity to the Eiffel Tower. The baggage crew was excellent. They should teach the front desk what " customer service means.
They had no rubber matting for a very slippery bathroom floor. Room was comfortable but they put me in the 4th floor and my view was a wall. Attitude of the Front desk was very snobbish. Restaurant choices were limited. No French cafe's around nearby. Location not the best.

Ιδιαίτερα Στενός καναπές-κρεβάτι για τα παιδιά που σε καμία περίπτωση δεν μπορούσε να φιλοξενήσει 2 παδιά 7 & 11 ετών, παρόλο που είχαμε κράτηση για 2 ενήλικες + 2 παιδιά. Υπήρχαν δωμάτια με μεγαλύτερο 2ο κρεβάτι όπως αυτό που έμεινε η οικογένεια της αδερφής μου, ωστόσο όταν παραπονεθήκαμε και ζητήσαμε κάποια λύση μας είπαν οτι αυτό ήταν το μέγεθος του 2ου κρεβατιού σε όλα τα δωμάτια (κάτι που προφανώς ήταν ψέματα). Θα περιμέναμε κάτι καλύτερο από ένα novotel

Posso dizer, logo de antemão, que nossa estadia foi simplesmente perfeita. Não tivemos qualquer intercorrência negativa e nem passamos por situações chatas. Para começar, chegamos antes do horário do check-in e permitiram que entrássemos no quarto sem qualquer problema. Ainda, fomos extremamente bem tratados por todos os funcionários, sendo que nos ajudaram com dúvidas e recomendações. Cabe um destaque especial para a limpeza tanto das áreas comuns quanto dos quartos, estava tudo sempre impecável. Quanto ao café da manhã, abria cedo e acabava tarde (indo além do horário limite alguns dias), sendo que foi possível comermos todos os dias a vontade, além de que a comida era uma delícia, sendo sempre reposta pelos funcionários. Sobre a fila para entrar no café, ressalto que em determinados horários de fato ela era maior, mas sempre andava rápido, sendo que em nenhum dia tivemos que esperar por mais de 5 minutos para entrar e podíamos ficar o quanto quiséssemos. Vimos alguns comentários negativos aqui e fomos bastante apreensivos, mas posso dizer que nenhuma das reclamações se justificam e que nossa experiência foi impecável. É a segunda vez que ficamos e ficaremos todas as próximas,

Die Lage vom Hotel und das Personal war super 👍🙂
Der Zustand der Zimmer ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, dadurch wirken sie schmuddelig. Das Frühstück ging so, keine große Auswahl. Was ich am schlimmsten fand, ist wenn zu wenig Löffel bei der Essensauslage liegen und deswegen manche Leute mit den Fingern in das Essen gegriffen haben 🙈
