The staff was amazing, specially Emily. She was so helpful and kind. The spa was great after a long day of walking.
Nothing that can be changed. The toilet being separate from the shower is a little inconvenient but nothing to complain about.

Loved the staff for their effort and customer service.
The air conditioning did not lower past a set point. It was a hot weekend. Fan was added to cool room. Sleepy area of Paris.

It was clean.
You have to book the spa, so the first day we were there we did not have access as it was ‘booked up’ if we knew this we would have booked somewhere else. You also only get 45 mins and the pool is absolutely tiny, more like a pond. When we first got there the staff told us we could sign in early, and to sit and wait, we waited and an hour later the room still was not ready so we had to go to a appointment and leave without even having a shower from the aeroplane.
When we did get in the room it was dark and dingy, there was old food in the fridge and it was just not what we expected.
The balcony had covers over the chairs. Basically the things we thought we were paying extra for, we did not receive anyway, so definitely not worth the money, better to stay somewhere else.
