This was my second stay at this hotel and hopefully not my last. I really like it here. The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and the location is perfect. It has become my favourite hotel to stay at when I’m in Paris.
When I arrived, I had to carry my suitcase up the steps myself, even though there were staff members standing by the entrance. I found that a little strange, especially as I later saw them immediately come out to help another guest with his luggage.
Also, I wish there was a larger lobby or lounge area where you could sit and relax.

This was our third time staying at this hotel. The location is excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay like we did twice before

Breakfast was great and front desk was so helpful.
The AC in our room didn’t work. They moved us to a second room that was dirty. The third room was clean with working AC.
