Staff brilliant but when offering the concierge it’s important that the concierge ensures return details of a private car trip is organised (not just hope the driver knows where to find you)

I thought it odd when the beautiful bar had someone having their makeup done in the middle so it was not at all like a public space for a drink!!

The hospitality services ranges from flexible earlier room check-in arrangement, good access security, high front-line staff ratio, very convenient location to tourist destinations, good accessibility to Metro exit etc.
The pace of catering - breakfast seems little bit slow and not caring with customer need with room to improve to above standard level.

From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The location is second to none, perfectly situated for exploring the city, yet tucked away enough to provide a tranquil sanctuary after a busy day out.
The room was exquisitely designed, combining understated luxury with supreme comfort and attention to detail. Every element of the decor felt thoughtful and sophisticated, making it a wonderful retreat.
The highlight of the stay, however, had to be the spa. The area is an absolute masterpiece, featuring a spectacular, magnificent pool that I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in and by. It offers a sense of peace right in the centre of a busy city.
A very special thank you goes to the entire team for their warm hospitality, and a particular mention to Marie, who was super helpful throughout my stay, ensuring every request was met with an authentic smile and professionalism.
I will definitely be coming back.
