Great location in the centre. Staff were easy to contact, friendly and helpful. Particular thanks to Omer M. - excellent customer service.
Just a comment that there’s no breakfast facilities, but not an issue as loads of cafes nearby and good tea/coffee facilities in room.

Our room (The Pink Room) was cosy and comfortable and had character, as does the whole building, but people should remember that the building is very old and wonky - so the floors are not 100% level.
The shared bathroom. We had a bad experience with certain others staying at the hotel and the rather appalling condition they left the bathroom. Not the owners fault but you are at the mercy of others when a shared bathroom is the only facility.

Great value stay in Oxford. Additionally, the staff were very accommodating with us when our check-in time was pushed out from our first estimate, and was able to put the key in a drop box for us to grab after-hours. The staff is able to message with WhatsApp, so make sure you have that downloaded if you need to communicate any changes or needs, etc.
Floors were a bit squeaky, but this is to be expected from such an old building.

Close to city centre
Needs a major refurb, looks like water has come through ceiling above the bed, hairs on pillows and in bed, carpet stained in and outside of room, plug cable for kettle too short for plug socket.
