The location on Broad Street was perfect, so central and near lots of interesting shops, cafes, restaurants, the New Theatre and museums
As there was public seating outside in the pedestrianised street plus a street light outside the window it meant that people gathered there talking late in the evening which was quite noisy despite being in the 3rd floor, the sound carried. We used the aircon to drown it out

We enjoyed the central location. The room was quite adequate for our stay. We even enjoyed the quirkiness of the creaky stairs! We had the unexpected hitch of delayed baggage, and the staff went way over and above in their willingness to get us reunited with it, even after we had left there. Beyond 5 stars for customer service!
