The location is ideal for the Cathedrale, the Toulouse Lautrec Museum and the central area of Albi, all of which are within easy walking distance. All the staff were excellent, attentive and very helpful, both at the front desk and during breakfast, mainly because you needed a masters degree to operate the coffee machine. I got it by the third day...
The rooms are a little small and was not like the room I thought I'd reserved. There's not a lot of hanging/storage space (so a carry on suitcase would be ideal...) and the bathroom gave the impression of being a bit 'tired' with the toilet immediately behind the sliding door next to the bed. The shower was in the bath (again, not what I'd seen in the picture...) and the extractor fan wasn't working so the bathroom was a bit damp after a shower.
