It’s in a great location for a visit to Albi Centre. Welcoming staff, comfortable rooms and good value for money. Underground parking nearby.

It was very comfortable, lovely, and clean, which is always a bonus for us. Unfortunately, we missed breakfast, so we cannot comment on that part of the service
The fact that the carnival was on meant there was a lot of noise outside the hotel, which was a little disturbing and did wake us up a couple of times, which was a shame. and parking was restricted

I dislike the hotels with temperatures over 22 (many 25-26) degrees but in this hotel was a bit too low (18-19?) and we neede our pijama :)

staff was fine.
the bathroom is an atrocious deficit to the overall experience. I've never had to contort my body to wipe myself but I did in this bathroom. Perish the thought that I should ever experience another bathroom half this bad. this was a real overall downer to the experience.
